This has been a busy week! Last time I posted I wrote about my throat feeling on fire. Sunday afternoon Daddy Steve and Namaw came over and swam with the boys so that I could go to Care Now (thank y'all soooooo much for doing that!!!) Talk about a fast dr's visit...I was in and out of there in 35 minutes! I tested negative for strep (praise the Lord), but when the dr looked in my throat he said, "Wow! That must really hurt!" Duh. That's why I'm here! So I got a nice shot in my hip and a bottle of antibiotics. By Monday morning I was feeling much better!
When Mike got home on Sunday night he sounded really hoarse and his throat hurt. So on Monday afternoon he left work early to go see the dr. He too got a shot and antibiotics. He's finally feeling on the mend...so things are looking up around here!

I am so sorry, I did not know you and Mike were sick. Some how I missed your comment, I guess. I so glad you both are feeling better and didn't have strep. Looking forward to seeing the boy's again. So much fun!

Sore throats must be going around. I had one Sunday and my voice has been raspy until today. Both my sister's have had sore throats. But one has been in DC for a week so I know we didn't all pass it around. Glad you are feeling better.
