Dinner at Tyler & Ann's

On Saturday night Tyler and Ann invited us, Caleb & Audria, and Daddy Steve & Namaw over for dinner.  It was fun to get together and hang out for a few hours.
They had everything ready for a "make your own pizza" night.  The boys love helping in the kitchen and were excited to make their own pizzas!
I'm not sure what was more fun for them...making the pizzas or eating them!
Caleb asked to be included in one of my famous self-portraits.  Do you think we look alike?

After dinner Audria and Namaw sat on the couch and wrapped up in blankets.  Barrett decided that he needed a blanket too!
The guys didn't need blankets.  They worked up a sweat playing Foosball.  Tyler was proclaimed the champion of the evening (notice he was playing by himself against Mike and Caleb).
Ann taught Brody and Barrett how to play a game she's played since birth (at least it seems that way to her).  They have the triangle peg game (what's the real name for this?!?) on every table at Cracker Barrel (her parents' favorite restaurant).
When it was Barrett's turn she pointed at one of the tee's and said, "Jump over this one."  Barrett took her literally and stood up and tried to jump over the game!!!!  It was hilarious!  It took us a while to get him to understand what she really meant.

At one point in the evening it was just Daddy Steve, Namaw, me, Caleb, & Tyler sitting at the dining room table.  Daddy Steve looked around and said, "Wow!  It's just us!"  It felt kinda weird!  It's been a looooong time since it was just the 5 of us.  It brought back a flood of memories.  I'm so blessed to have such an amazing family...and I'm so glad for all of the additions to our family over the past 11+ years!

We are very blessed to have 6 wonderful children - not just 3!

Luckily it doesn't both Barrett when we laugh at him. Trying to jump over the game was hilarious.
