The Cake
I thought Brody's birthday cake deserved it's own post. Audria and I worked on it until 11:30 last night and we were really proud of the results! Brody wanted a camouflage cake so we used some of his action figures and came up with this...

Dave is so jealous. He wants to know why I never made him a cake like that! Truly Staci, you are a one of a kind mom. In this society where so many moms ignore thier kids, here you are posting about them everyday, saving their memories, and then you take the time to make his dream of a hunting cake come true.....and not just one cake, but three....and such detail.....I know one thing for sure....you will never be a lonely old woman. Your boys will always come home to see you and they will probably call you every night! You are making an investment in your own future well-being. They will love you forever!!!
The cake tasted as good as it looked too :) Great job on the cake, very impressive!
