Thanks Grammy!
For a while we were wondering how we'd keep Brody warm while camping up in the mountains this summer. He won't stay under blankets, there's no way we'd try to sleep with him in our sleeping bags, and his pj's aren't THAT warm! We started looking online for a down sleep sack. We only found 2 and they were both close to $100 a piece!!!! On to plan B. We dug out an old down comforter that we haven't used in over 7 years. Then Mike bought a pattern for a sleep sack and I got the needed materials (zipper, velcro, etc). I boxed it all up and sent it to Mike's mom. Yesterday Brody got a package in the mail from Grammy. Check out what was inside!!!

Brody's outfit is too cute! Reminds me of the movie A Christmas Story when the younger brother can't put his arms down. He is adorable. It's a good thing I haven't seen him in person - I'd be trying to adopt him!! What a li'l heart stealer! :-)

That was such a neat idea!!! You are really blessed that Nancy is so talented and could make him a sleep sack. Brody looks so cute in it and looks like he is really enjoying being in it. He will be the best dressed baby on mountain!
