Brody's show (pretty much the only one he'll watch) is Word World. He loves that show...and so do I! Everything on the show is made out of letters. For example, when the duck turns sideways, you can see that he's made out of the letters D-U-C-K and the barn is made out of the letters B-A-R-N that are colored and put together to look like an actual barn. It's pretty cool!
Brody has been almost obsessive lately about trying to figure out what letter EVERYTHING starts with. We'll be on a jog and the conversation will go like this:
Brody: Mm-Mm-Mm-Mailbox starts with Mm-Mm-Mm-M!
Mommy: Very good, Brody!
And it will continue for every object we see on our jog. "T-T-Tree starts with t-t-T!" "Hh-Hh-House starts with Hh-Hh-H!" and so on an so forth. Of course, there's a fewthat he has trouble with. I think Audria (who's a Kindergarten teacher) calls them "special sounds". Things that start with C, K, and CH, really get him tripped up. But what can I say...he's only three. We'll just keep workin' on it...
