Mike's finger 3 days post-injury (yes, it is still oozing blood 3 days after it was mutilated with a hammer). He can tell the nail is dead, but it hasn't fallen off...yet.
There is no question that it will fall off. My nail on my middle finger fell off and was never quite the same when it grew back. The question is whether his WHOLE FINGER will fall of. He for real needs to make sure it isn't infected. It actually does look better in this pic than it did at home group the other night. He so reminds me of my dad. He would always say, "I've had worse than that on my eye ball!" when I would suggest he get something looked at. Thanks for the update because I have seriously been thinking about that little finger!
Ewwwww! I hope he is soaking it in epson salt or something. DId he have to pierce the nail to relieve the pressure? Kinda remembering chris doing that. Poor guy! that' s not what hammers are for!!!

I have heard of a "hammer toe" but never a "hammer pinkie". That looks terrible. He is probably leaving DNA on everything he touches.
Thats what "Hammer heads" get when they aren't paying attention to what thier doing!
