Keepin' Cool
The fan motor on our condenser went out last night. What does that mean? It means it's HOT in our house! How does Barrett resolve the "my hands are sweaty" issue? .....

Our fan motor went out on our outside unit (is that the same?), and it burned up the compressor overnight. We had to get a whole new unit....we were without air Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and til 4 on Wednesday, when they got it installed and running. We replaced the inside, too, since they were both 17 years old and we figured it'd be better than waiting til winter when it was cold.
Use a wet wash rag on your neck at night....it helps....also on your feet.

:( It must be a family thing! Our AC went out Saturday night- still haven't had someone come out yet, so not sure what the problem is... it's HOT :(
