The disposable water camera didn't take the quality of pictures that we're used to. The colors were so much more vivid than you'll see in these pictures. It was a beautiful day to be out on the lake.

After an hour or so of riding, Audria and I laid on the "beach" (it was dry land, but it wasn't much of a beach...it was rocks with millions of sea shells clinging to them...not the most comfortable place to lay) while the guys drove the jet skis. Mike's in the picture below.
Staci & Audria on the "beach"
If you have to pee when you're at the lake...what do you do? I'd hazard to guess that 99% of you would jump into the water and take care of business. Maybe that's why this discovery had us almost falling off our jet skis with laughter! There was actually a port-a-potty floating in one of the coves on Lake Mead!

The wind started picking up and the waves were getting bigger (meaning it was much tougher to ride a jet ski across the lake) so we headed back to the marina. We were exhausted after a few hours of riding, so we headed back to Boulder City to eat lunch in a park that we passed on Saturday.

Sounds like a new "How hot was it" joke. I have never poured peanut butter out of a jar.
Looks like a wonderful day, so cool that you could jetski so close to Hoover Dam!
I can't wait to hear what it was like to ride through the canyons at Lake Meade on a jet ski! Wow!!!
Maybe that's why their lake is so clear and beautiful as opposed to the nasty, dirty ones we're used to. They have port-a-potties!!!! Looks like so much fun.
