Please don't be offended if my 3-year-old son hangs up within the first minute of talking to you on the phone. It's not that he doesn't like you. It's not that he doesn't love talking on the phone (he does). It's just that right now he'd LOVES pressing the hang up button. He loves pressing it so much that as soon as he gets on the phone he wants to say, "I love you! Bye!" so that he can press that button and hang up the phone all by himself.
So please don't get your feelings hurt. He really does love you!
